from Wisconsin done this?? I realize this doesn't apply to Sweeps titles because those titles do end after the state competition. By allowing this, it just seems like the goal of winning a local title is to go to state. They should be committed to their community or city for the entire year. There are other open opportunities they can purse after their year is over with.
