Subject: Finally success for Wisconsin

On Thursday evening in Reno, Nevada, the reigning Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA 2025, Autumn Gunderson of DeForest (who previously competed at Miss Wisconsin's Teen) placed among the top twenty quarter semi-finalists in the 2025 Miss Teen-USA pageant, all thanks to being one of the four teenagers to place because of winning the online public vote.

Not to be outdone, the current Miss Wisconsin-USA 2025, Aneisha Alise Cox of Lawrence (in Brown County) was also a top twenty quarter-semi-finalist. However, she earned her placement from preliminary scores, but she did not advance to the top ten last night in Reno, Nevada (which hosted the national pageant in 2019, 2022, and 2023).

Both Wisconsin titleholders won their state titles and crowns on August 10, 2025 in Des Moines, Iowa, the first time that the state pageants were held in another state. Autumn competed with four other teenagers while Aneisha bested only three other women (two who were married) for the Miss Wisconsin-USA title after she was second runner-up last year. She moved to Wisconsin in June 2024 from Radcliff, Kentucky because she is the girlfriend of Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed.

Named as Miss Teen-USA 2025, was Miss Missouri Teen-USA,
Mailyn Marsh. Chosen as Miss USA 2025, was Miss Nebraska-USA, Audrey J. Eckert of Lincoln, Nebraska who became the second woman from the Cornhusker state to win the Miss USA title (the first was Sarah Rose Summers in 2018 who was Miss Nebraska Teen-USA 2012).

Congratulations to both Autumn and Aneisha for their top twenty placements in their national pageants.

Well great news for a change. Usually a person here is quick to post then our Wisconsin gals fail to -- place in the Miss America, Miss USA, Miss Teen-USA events!!, 16:10:19 10/25/25 Sat
- I almost forgot that. Yes, one or more pageant fans were quick to complain -- after national pageants when Wisconsin failed to place, 13:02:49 10/26/25 Sun
