I'm not interested in who won the teen titles. By continuing to increase the age of the Miss contestants, the women that have won multiple local titles will always have the edge in these competitons, thus preventing any new faces to win a title and have the opportunity to compete at Miss WI. It might be wise if state put a cap on how many locals you can win. I can sort of understand Catherine Smith wanting another shot at Miss WI being she was so close the past couple years, but when you've won five locals and have never made top ten at state, then I think it's time to hang up the dance shoes.
