Subject: Nicole Locy Phillips


Former Miss Appleton 1994, then Miss Western Wisconsin 1997, Nicole Jean Locy Phillips, who was later named Miss Wisconsin 1997, appeared as a contestant Tuesday (February 24) on the nationally syndicated Wheel of Fortune gameshow. Anyone see it? Details here with Nicole's comments:

Note: Her basketball coach husband, Saul Phillips, is the son of former Miss Reedsburg 1962, Virginia Mae Gullick Phillips (who competed for Miss Wisconsin in Kenosha in 1962, but did not place. By the way, the next year the state pageant moved to Oshkosh where her daughter-in-law Nicole would be chosen as Miss Wisconsin on her second attempt).
