Wisconsin is actually very fortunate. At last year's competition, only one local was not represented that was there the previous year-- Northern Lights. Whether they come back this year, I don't know, but it was announced on their website that they were taking a one-year break. Many states have lost many locals since the changes have occurred within the MAO. YOU know this as well as anyone. At least Wisconsin has kept most of their locals in tact, and I believe a lot of this has to do with Jeanne's leadership. NO ONE has come forward to take over the Miss Onalaska program. Yes, it is sad after so many years, but it is what it is.
