While Elle, danced at last year's Miss Wisconsin competition, she sang the song "Rainbow" to win the local Minnesota title.
For people that attended last year's Oktoberfest pageant, they will recall that she sang this moving song during her farewell. Elle really is the epitome of what a titleholder represents in the Miss America Organization -- genuine, caring, intelligent, and outgoing. Good luck to her as she competes for Miss Minnesota in June, the same weekend when Miss Wisconsin will be chosen.

And congratulations to Miss Oshkosh 2019, Katrina Mazier, on a tremendous year of service representing Oshkosh. Most impressed with the multitude of appearances she has had this past year and to whoever was responsible for sharing all of that on facebook. Some other local competitions could take a lesson on how to promote your titleholder and program throughout the entire year via social media.
