Talk about facing your confidence in a pageant.

The winner of the 2021 Miss Wisconsin beauty pageant will get something which she probably never guessed that she would get---and just in time before the 2021 Miss America pageant later this year when photos are taken for the national pageant program book.

A face-lift.

Former Miss Green Bay 2001, Miss Madison 2003, and Miss Wisconsin 2003, Dr. Tina Marie Sauerhammer will be providing our new Miss Wisconsin with cosmetic plastic surgery.

Too bad we no longer have the swimsuit competition, so we can see how Tina gave Miss Wisconsin a "tummy tuck" and a slap on the rear with a surgical knife.

Should we alert the tabloids and camera-flashing paparazzi to keep an eye on the back doors of the Wisconsin Institute of Plastic Surgery in Appleton to get those high demand anticipated "before and after" photos of a newly-created Miss Wisconsin??!!

Those Miss Wisconsin face-lift pictures would be in higher demand than those reclusive ones of Pamela Anderson, Joan Rivers or Kris Jenner...join the club girl!!
