With all the chaos at the national level, it's nice
to see how well this local embraced the changes
and still staged an excellent production. Misty
Lown is hands-down the best emcee I have ever
witnessed at a local competition. The only mis-
step they made was not chatting with Miss WI.
It would have nice to hear what she's been up to
and what her thoughts and preparations have been
for Miss America.
