Barbara Mullally was Miss Onalaska in 1981 while Deborah Strauss later became Miss Wis-USA 1985 -- Emma Gipson was Miss Rockford (Illinois) 1979, 11:44:25 04/10/20 Fri
Gipson was a black great soulful singer from Illinois where she competed three times then moved to -- Janesville for an easier shot at Miss America. Good singer, 12:10:51 04/11/20 Sat
