Subject: Miss Harbor Cities

Miss Harbor Cities has really evolved into a very competitive competition. Amongst this year's eleven candidates, it's really difficult to say who is going to win. It will be interesting to see if Sarah Niehuser will become the first Harbor Cities Outstanding Teen to win the Miss title. Jennifer Schmidt and Hannah Ostertag are strong contenders, with Hannah having two recent 1st runner-up placements under her belt. Rachelle Wuest has the advantage of already holding a local title and her headshot for this pageant is gorgeous. However, she was not a standout at last year's Miss Wisconsin competition. As I recall, her talent was weak.
In the teen division, I don't think Zoe Rucinsky will have a problem in claiming her third title. Her grandmother would have been very proud of her.
