The following three were great miss Wisconsin’s but did not stand a chance at miss America: Courtney, Rosalie and Kate. They all won in a year of very bad Miss Wisconsin judges especially Courtney and Kate. However all were good miss Wisconsin’s and Courtney was one of the best.
