As announced today, a West Allis man, was the winner of Wisconsin's largest-ever Powerball win after he purchased the Powerball ticket in New Berlin. The national contest was held in March 27th.

So....he is from West Allis and the Powerball ticket was purchased in New Berlin, all the more reason why Manual Franco of West Allis should support the Miss New Berlin and Miss West Allis pageant, since Nikki and Becky can barely provide a ten dollar gift certificate to McDonalds to their Miss New Berlin and Miss West Allis winners.
