Is tonight the 2019 Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant in Orlando, Florida?? Good luck to Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen, Savannah Horstman of Holmen.

Hopefully she will not add to the list of state "losers" at a national pageant.
