Subject: Congratulations Gabriella and Olivia

California native Gabriella T. Deyi, 27, was named Miss Wisconsin-USA 2020 and put on a show by nearly falling to the stage floor just before Miss Wisconsin-USA 2019, Danika Tramburg could crown her.

She won the state title on Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Fond du Lac despite having moved to Wisconsin in mid-June. She previously competed multiple times in the Miss California-USA pageant and is now an intern at WKOW Ch. 27 News in Madison.

Yet again, another pageant border-hopper who uses work at a tv station to take advantage of the pageant rules to compete in a different state, aka Ohio native turned Georgia and Minnesota then Wisconsin resident Erin O'Brien, Miss Onalaska 2017. But just three months, seriously??

Gabriella is now the fifth black woman to win the Miss Wisconsin-USA crown, the fourth of them who came from other states to win here (Florida, Michigan and Mississippi, need I name names??).

Former Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen contestant Olivia Lulich, 17, of Lyndon Station was selected as Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA 2020 last Sunday in Fond du Lac after besting 37 other teenagers. She is a longtime resident of Wisconsin.

I don't think this is fair and shouldn't be allowed. GD barely lived in Wisconsin -- for the three required months and then wins the title, 11:58:24 09/11/19 Wed
