i actually thought Gina was the stand out all week. Did you see her in that black dress in the opening number. Her body was smokin' Plus I thought for sure she would win the overall evening gown award. I thought she had a beautiful presentation. And let's not forget her talent. In the six times she's performed that routine on the Miss Wisconsin stage, she never dropped the baton once. She had to have received 9s and 10's in talent. I felt Elise came across rather subdued, but her talent was exceptional. Bottom line- I'm betting Tianna got 9's and 10's for a composite score, based on who the judges felt was most qualified for the job, plus she nailed her final question, which was 20% of the score. That gave her the edge.
