Subject: Miss WI Sweeps -- FRAUD!

Obvious conflict of interest and contract violation which occurred at the Miss Wisconsin Sweeps Pageant on March 25, 2018, held in Burlington, WI!
Jessica Johnson was a judge for the Sweeps pageant.

In referencing the Miss America Judges Manual (2017), on pages 9-10, (Exhibit B- Judges Affidavit), specifically referencing sections 6, 7, 11, and 13.

The relationship of judge, Jessica Johnson, and contestants, Tianna Vanderhei, Susan Fochs, and Alyssa Bohm, is a direct violation of this affidavit.

"I understand that if I am a former contestant or family member of a former contestant, whether from a local, state, or national Miss America Competition, or a competition similar in nature to the Miss America Competition, and regardless if I/they won one of said competitions, I cannot judge until a minimum of three (3) years after I/they have stopped competing and may never judge any contestant with whom I/they have competed."

-Tianna Vanderhei and Jessica Johnson compete together
•Miss Racine/Miss Belle City 2014 contestants included: Jessica Johnson and Alyssa Bohm
-Alyssa Bohm and Jessica Johnson compete together
•Miss Wisconsin 2014 contestants include: Jessica Johnson (Miss Wi Central) and Tianna Vandrehei (Miss Seven Rivers)
-Tianna Vanderhei and Jessica Johnson compete together
•Miss Harbor Cities 2015 contestants included: Jessica Johnson and Susan Fochs
-Susan Fochs and Jessica Johnson compete together
•Miss Wisconsin 2015 contestants included: Jessica Johnson (Miss Harbor Cities), Tianna Vanderhei (Miss Madison Capitol City), and Alyssa Bohm (Miss Racine)
-Jessica Johnson, Tianna Vanderhei, and Alyssa Bohm compete together
•Miss Harbor Cities 2016 contestants included: Tianna Vanderhei and Susan Fochs
(Current 2015 titleholder was Jessica Johnson)
-Jessica Johnson passed down the Miss Harbor Cities title to Tianna Vanderhei. Contestants of who also included Susan Fochs.
•Miss Harbor Cities titleholders have included: Jessica Johnson (2015), Tianna Vanderhei (2016), and Alyssa Bohm (2017).
-Jessica Johnson passed down the Miss Harbor Cities title to Tianna Vanderhei.
-Tianna Vanderhei passed down her title to Alyssa Bohm.

The deceit is obvious: the contestants did not publicly make aware of their relationships between themselves and said judge, nor did the judge of the contestants.

THIS IS FRAUD!!! Miss Wisconsin is a fraud!
