If Joya steps away from the pagent this year, there is no one to run it and there would definitely not be over $30k in scholarships and prizes. You can have your family member give back what she won If the contest was rigged, but I’m sure you won’t. So, Use your brain before you open your ignorant mouth and continue to spread false information.

I was at the pagent and it wasn’t a question Lily should have won.
