Congratulations to all three title winners for 2019, and also to the three outgoing 2018 titleholders: Alyssa Dalton (Miss FDL Teen), Rachelle Christine Wuest (Miss Fond du Lac), and Catherine Delinda Smith (Miss Wisconsin Central).


A side note: Rachel Coulthurst was crowned as Miss Wisconsin Central by Miss Wisconsin 2018, Tianna Marie Vanderhei, not by Catherine Smith, who resigned her state open title on August 17, 2018.
