It didn't come as any surprise to me that Haley, Jennifer, and Hannah were the winners from this competition. Haley has been to Miss Wisconsin twice, Jennifer once (made top 11), and Hannah has been consistent in her placements in many of the locals she competed in during this competition season. Why don't you just go to the competition and see for yourself who stands out rather than bitching about the outcome every damn time. And no, there are no special awards announced or a 1st runner-up. This is a competition to choose 3 more candidates to go to state -- that's it. And after they've competed at state, if they choose they have no further obligations to their title.
