Subject: For anyone that attended the Sweeps competition,

How was the onstage question segment handled? Did the candidates state their social impact initiative statement during evening wear? Was evening wear scored like it has been in the past? (The reason I ask is that I read on another forum that they were only scoring the statement the candidate made during the evening wear phase, not their appearance in gown -- which IMO is ridiculous -- if that is the case.)
