Hi Juanita,

The county seat of Jefferson County, Ohio is only about 20 miles from my home. When I can, I will drive up and see if I can take a look at her death certificate. This will not only give us an exact date of death, but will also tell us where she is buried.

I will let you know when I make it up there.
