Attitude of the brute was quickly picked up upon, stallion didnt seem to mean any harm. Maybe the negativeness that the fae picked up on was bitterness. It was easy to pick up such a feeling maiden knew this all to well. She hated the humans that put up the fence that busted up her leg, she hated that brooklynn had left her to die, she hated that she couldnt always feel her mother warm body beside her, that shed had to leave that comfort at the age of two. So many things made the maiden angry. But she wasnt bitter toward the stallion before her. Shakara was too cheerful of a mare to let depression get its deadly grips on her.

Careful steps were taken toward the tree, resting her petite body upon it, scratching her pelt against it for a moment before resting comfortably against it. Soft breath escaped her nose while vixen settled in for a brief rest. That injuried leg was lifted almost of the ground, petite hoove barely indented the ground under it. Her leg hurt so bad, but laying down was dangerous when you were a small mare out alone in the night. So she stood standing, hoping the light rest would offer a little bit of comfort. Eyes one brown, one blue were closed, falling asleep was so tempted. Ears shifted back and forth to listen to all the sound, even making sure the brute didnt come any closer.
