Hellish optics fell on him. Watching. Waiting. She would not go with him easily, not when she was such a loner. Essence had been worthy, but he had disappeared, so why should she linger in his domain with little purpose. Life beckoned to her, like a bird calling to the world, but she carried her burdens in order to fulfill her duty. She had no friends, felt no love, and followed no one's orders but her own.

She snorted, shaking her flaming banner before retreating back a few paces. If 1984 dared to make a move for her, then let him try. Sierra would go if she felt a reason to...otherwise, he would not get what he desired.
