  4. how is this not a ponzi scheme
  5. does the SEC ever investigate these
  6. can I use a make-believe name
  7. can I send make-believe money
  8. I will not really go to prison, will I
  9. do I qualify as a first-time offender
  10. if I do go, how long is the likely sentence
