i'm ready. i haven't run in awhile but i've been getting my heart rate up around 200 in the pool. sooooooooo. i'm just gonna tough it out. i'm liking arkansas and iona right now. but my doors are still open if anyone else is interested. if rh is who i think it is i'm looking forward to seeing you tear it up this weekend in arkansas. i'll see ya there hopefully.
