So Nige, I can totally relate to exactly relate to what you went through last winter. It's been happening to me this fall/winter and to hear that you had a breakthrough in track gets me PUMPED. Ironic that it's happening to me during the same seasons and I'm running 55 miles a week right now as you did last year. Your the man Nige kicking the shit outa that guy and his DAD and then still placing third at OFSAA. I read about you in papers and how heavily favored you were in OFSAA and wondered if you had maybe been under too much preassure but obviously not, you were just taking care of some business two days before OFSAA. I was so happy when you came fourth because I remember on Tnfnorth guys writing you off.

P.S. I had picked you for fifth at Nationals and Joe as fourth, Oh well shit happens.
