Woah, pistol...hold on a second--the bar we took you to ('MaryAnn's') is a famously heterosexual bar from which many BC students have brought home beautiful fillies and woken up next to...well, not such beatiful fillies... The bar also has a bit of a national reputation, as it was the infamous place mentioned on ESPN after a BC basketball scuffle this year, and it was the site of much of the gambling that has occurred over the years (and which is now the subject of a new book--see Goodfellas, where Ray Liotta says "I got a point-shaving thing up at the school in Boston").

Just because some guy in the bar took a liking to you and your West Virginia gear (only Pete wears full running clothes when he goes out) doesn't make the establishment a gay one. In fact, I believe that incident is the ONLY one involving male love EVER to have occurred in that bar. It's not my fault that you were sending off some vibe. As I recall, you had been in a bit of a drought before then, so who knows what messages you were sending?

We will most certainly return to that bar.
