Subject: William W Whalen

Our Father, William W Whalen was a member of the 505th PIR F Company during WW2. He was put in for a Silver Star but did not receive it. His case was reopened and unknown to him he is to receive the Bronze Star and other awards in a ceremony on 23 Nov 2013. Attached is a link to a Facebook page giving details. We are looking to push this out so that people will see it and maybe add some comments we can present him in a scrapbook. We would appreciate it if you could pass the Facebook page on.

Thank You!

Sincerely,

Michael J Whalen
