The 505th was properly a PIR not a PIB (R being Regiment; B being Battalion)

Robert M. Scott was captured on 13AUG43.

OFLAG 7B--as the name implies was an Officers Lager (Officer's camp) and predominantly British. It is more likely he was at STALAG 7B (Memmingen)
