Hi,
I’m french, and don’t speak english very well…sorry.
I’m looking for informations about J.Wilson 505th pir platoon leader, who jumps on Normandy in 6 june 1944. I know that an Helmet was found near Ste mere eglise, and there is a name and Matricule paint on it. J.WILSON 39277565
I can send you a picture of this helmet, because i would like to know if this is his personal helmet.
