Here is the latest update on the forum:

This one has a few beneficial features which the old one did not have.

One of these is the incorporation of archives for older messages. This will be accessible from a link at the top of the forum page when their are enough messages to justiy its creation. voy.com will do this automatically so I do not have to worry about it.

This means that messages will not go away when the forum page gets filled up. A boon to those who wish to find that old message someone posted a while back.

I have posted every message worthy of transfer from the old forum to this one. unfortunately the older messages which went away when the old forum page filled up are gone forever but these should remain with us on the new forum for a long time.

Another benefit: Threads with new postings will be at the top of this page. no matter how old the thread. This means that if you posted a querie some time ago and someone chooses to respond it will be right at your disposal at the top of the page when you come here (provided you check this forum with some frequency).

Postings are alowed in HTML format so you can post images, links, orr otherwise format the appearance of your message. I will post some instructions on how to do the images and links a little later.

I mentioned the problem with the old forum to a freind of mine who has his masters in Computer Science and he thinks that someone hacked inot Bravenet's sever and replaced or deleted my username, password, and e-mail adress from their database-effectively taking control over the old forum and site counter from me.

I still need to replace the site counter and intend to update the website to reflect the change-over to this forum update things in general, and to add some additional features.

When this is done i will send a notice out over the AHAlist (our e-newsletter) detailing all the changes.
