What ammo are you using? Some of the stuff out there is not up to spec, including some of the ammo sent from CMP. Our club got a lot once that would only cycle in about half of the Garands. Some of the remanufactered stuff such as Talon seems to be really weak. We found out some of the Vietnam era 30.06 was down loaded for our small Asian friends. I have some Korean PMC I need to try. I have the same problem with my BAR, It likes hot ammo to cycle.
