Subject: Invasion Flag Armband Question

I'm curious if anyone has any information on the invasion flag armband(brassard) that has "CL" printed on the reverse side. I'm curious what the "CL" stands for and when it may have been worn. I've only seen a few of these but they always seem to be in 82nd related groupings. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
