I don't have Robin Bartel's original M1918 on the web hosting site (there's only a finite amount of space there), so you can e-mail me directly if you want that pic. It's a side view and the knife is well worn, but it is still a very good guide. I also have another pic, of the repro knives in their sheaths but I'm not sure that'll be of much help. Jeep in mind, this was something done on an individual level, so almost whatever you do, it'd probably match an original somewhere. I've only seen three originals (either pics or in real life) and all three had both "ears" sawed off. I'd suggest that any repro should be done the same.
