While going through my parents papers, I found a group picture including my Dad, Watson Mike Becker, taken during WWII. Picture labeled 82nd Airborne, 505th, Co. E. Have others picture, probably taken in Italy. I also believe he jumped on D Day. At some point, he was hospitalized in England after a training jump and was transferred to a non-paratroup unit, Btry "C" 87th Armd F (?). Just wondering if anyone remembered him or had a record of his name in the unit. His best friend was named "Johnson" who I also have several pictures. His discharge papers noted he had 5 bronze stars, specialty "field lineman", qualification "sharpshooter carbine".
