Unfortunately it is out of print and there are a lot of folks looking for it.

The good news is that it is pending republication some time within the next couple of years.

I got my copy on eBay but woudl recomend you try a search on abe.com to see if there is a d3ealer with a used copy out there. It is a terrific rescource.
