Er....what do you mean, "what do the positions mean?" They're, uh...positions. The characters with positions are consistently active and well-played and are generally respected by the members of the territory. The Alphas are, obviously, the owners of the territory. I think the concept of an equine hierarchy is stupid and unrealistic, so we don't have positions beyond Beta here in EV.

In general, I'm not planning on giving out any more positions. The Betas here happen to be friends of me and Kate who can be trusted to take over the TT if we're unavaliable.

Beyond that slightly higher level of responsibility, positions really don't do anything. They're overrated.

Presently, you don't have to worry about being "worthy" of filling a position. The positions are filled.
