For a few months, I have been holding a group meditation in the Spirit, which means, we do not meet physically but spiritually, meditating wherever our bodies were, at the same time and day.

Please join the Circle of Oneness which meets in the Spirit every Sunday, ten p.m. Manila time (that's 2 p.m. Universal Time/GMT), for at least fifteen minutes, wherever you are. Let's meditate and let Spirit distribute the energy generated by our Circle of Oneness.

If you're not into meditation, there are many
ways to join the Circle of Oneness.

You can pray the Rosary at the same time (if you're
Catholic, that is). Or you can just silently, slowly
and reflectively pray the Our Father.

You may also get the Bible, choose a psalm (like
Psalm 27, or 24, or 91) and read it, prayerfully, and
reflecting over it.

Or just simply sit still, with a lighted candle before
you, and just look at the candle flame, concentrating
on it for 15 minutes. You may also just close your eyes, and imagine the candle flame is inside your heart, and focus for 15 minutes.

Any form of meditation will do. Sometimes I meditate for 30 minutes, but the minimum time requested is 15 minutes.
