Thanks for sharing, Isabel!
It was lovely hearing from a Filipino now in Spain who has similar spiritual views!

The thing w/ Judging is that sometimes its hard to become aware of it... sometimes we do it instinctively, and then when we catch ourselves judging- we tell ourselves... wait, I shouldn't judge! I was wrong to judge! In other words, its as if we are judging ourself for judging!

The other thing is that I find there's this huge gray area between "judging" beneficially and "judging" non-beneficially... well, in its context in spirituality, the thing is that the word "judging" gets kind of a very negative connotation.

Sometimes people say "Don't judge me" or "You are judging me" and since I didn't feel that I was, I feel that they are "judging" that I am "judging". But then, by feeling that they are "judging" that I am "judging", so them I AM TOO JUDGING! Its like an endless circle!

Isn't it ironic? The moment you say "don't judge me"... it implies you are also somewhat "judging"? I guess it is really true that the subject determines the object and vice versa. Its as though we are instrinsically linked to the other, or our perception of the other... that what we say/think about the other defines ourselves.
