I do agree that there is nothing that MUST be done, meaning, people don’t want the stress. But instead of focusing on the avoidance of stress, how about focusing on what we WANT to do as a team, then set a time table, which is in alignment with the highest good for everybody. Members of the team would want to get their heads together on the projects. Also, time tables and foreplanning are all the more advantageous for people who are busy and have work, so they could synchronize.

I was thinking that the shift from the study group atmosphere to the organizational atmosphere has been stressful, and perhaps some were expecting it to be just as jolly and freewheeling as the study group. But each person has to be able to practice his own rythym, beats and tunes to synchronize it with others, just like in an orchestra, and this is not something that was or is required in a study group where everyone gets to sing his own song on his own.

Opportunities and systems themselves are created, and one's individuality need not be sacrificed. As you know, the most powerful choices are the ones that are done consciously. Otherwise, we will be creating a system by default where people do their own thing and much is left in the periphery and invisible to us.

This does not mean, though, that I consider anything that has so far transpired as a setback. There is no such thing. Let bygones be bygones and we can start over again.

Namaste,
Sandra
