I feel that while in some way it is true that channeling plays a part, yet I noticed that attributing all genius to channeling would tend to put down human potential.
Remember the part in CWG where God describes to NDW that he is like a sieve which filters the truth he writes? God also remarks that while he can only make his sieve as thin as possible, but not to discard it altogether, because it would be impossible to do without a sieve.
The truth of Life is too large for us to behold together. By placing it into words, pictures, animations, music and such, we carry forward a selected part that makes coherent sense, built on our own sense of the world.
I would consider this a closer analogy to channeling - accessing a portion of the ALL for expression.
The sieve provides a floor on which we can build and organise truth around. I remember in my secondary school, I had a teacher tell me something like this:
"You tell me that you want no limits. But if I give you a composition and no topic to write, will you then be at a loss on what to write? Conversely, if I give you a strictly defined topic to write about, would that not free up your creativity to write the composition?"
Then, I understood.
The author had practiced hard, reading countless model essays, having teachers spend months coaching her on how to fine tune her words, pitting ideas against other people like herself, and writing many essays for practice.
It is such preparation, plus her latent talent, that such a work could blossom from. If I consider it channeling, then I must also consider all other original, powerful works, as channeling too.
So who provided the inspiration? Together, Life did it - it happened. The inspiration arose from Potential, opened up in her mind into the format of her meaning-space, and entered the form of the written words. And so it did.
