"hey" looking around you wonder if your hallucinating. . . you could of sworn you heard something. . . . "hey" you hear it agian and look around. All of a sudden it dawns on you. looking down at your feet, you notice a small nose poking in your direction. This nose belongs to a small black head with two eyes that shine like moonstones, and then a short neck with a thick black mane and a round girth. . . four short legs and a poofy tail. "hey" the pony repeats for the third time, "do you know which way evil valley is?" Her small defiant voice and inquisitive eyes, linger in your thoughts a moment. You lower your head to her eye level and stare for a moment. After a short pause you ask, "Who are you?" Her head cocks and ears flick in question, "And what would you do with MY identity?" She eyes you for a moment. (another pause) Then she sighs and plops down in the snow, her round belly protruding our from her front legs. "names beetle. . June beetle to be precise." Now would you be as so kind as to answer my question as you so rudely interrupted?" You point in an eastward direction and she sits for a moment staring blankly then she lifts herself and nods her head. "thank you." you fallow her movement and watch her trot off through the snow, only her round body and poofy tail visible in the whiteness. You chuckle and shake your head, (noticing her brisk little trot, and bobbing head) You watch her until she is just a black dot in a sea of whiteness. Then go along your way. . . . . . .
