Standing tall and proud, the newcomer, Sage O’War, gazes out over the valley. The valley is lush and beautiful with masses of green vegetation and lashings of colour here and there. Horses roam the fields, some solo and some in large social groups. He eyes all of these horses, young and old. He tries to figure out the basic social order of the valley, who are the submitting and who are the leading. He will make his own stand when the time is right.
The young three-year-old, almost four, colt is bred exceptionally. He is by the famous thoroughbred Man O’War and out of the stunning mare Sister Sage. His black coat glistens in the light and his sharp white face and leg markings combine to make him a very handsome colt. He is a very smart, intelligent colt. He is very proud and a colt of integrity.
After years of wandering foreign lands, Sage hopes that he has found his place in the world. A place where he can thrive. A place where he can make his mark. Sage trots slowly down into the valley, he keeps to the edge of the forest, not wishing to make himself known as an obvious new arrival, yet. If anyone wants to approach him, they may. But for now Sage is happy to stand and chew the lush grass, taking in his surroundings.
