Hi, I used to post here all the time and still lurk occasionally. I see familiar names on the Board so I know I'm not the only one who really misses the show and the fun we used to have on the Board. I miss the shipper wars!

I hope you'll forgive a little shameless self promotions. Some posters might remember that I'm a writer and I wanted to let you know that my new fantasy novel Tides of Fire by Hilary Lester is available to download from Amazon Kindle.

I wrote it very much with Buffy fans in mind - meaning cool people with lots of wit who enjoy fantasy and getting involved in a whole new universe. There's a handsome charismatic hero, a beautiful conflicted anti-hero, a warrior heroine, some lovely kitten love (had to use my imagination there, I hope successfully) and generally lots of sex and violence. Of course it's not about vampires, you can't improve on what's been done already I think, or werewolves or the fey. My book is about merfolk, but this is not Disney and these are not little mermaids!

I really hope if you have a Kindle or Kindle app you will send for a sample. I think you'll like it.
