to further the band candy ep--the song giles was ignoring joyce for was the same song he played after she died.

there were several exposition songs -- songs that also furthered the story. of course THE exposition song that giles sung in restless. also the one at the beginning/end of converstations with dead people. the bush song that played at the spuffy door scene. the whole musical.
