Subject: Hot stuff? in Texas?
In reply to: DiforSpike *Texas bound* 's message, "Good morning, all!" on 10:14:16 08/15/05 Mon

Mwahahaha

There was a bad combination this past weekend. We were moving our son from dorm to apartment at school. The temperature was mid-90's(F) and there was intermittent sprinkling rain. Can you say "steam bath?" It's still overcast with 50% chance of rain. That's in the Dallas area, Di. San Antonio is far enough to the South to have independent weather. Your results may vary.

More snarky double-entendre: There will certainly be hot stuff in Texas 'til Thursday.

Looks like highs in the upper 90's with chances for rain nearly every day, so much as you describe. Steam bath was exactly what I was thinking. Which means I have to pack for both over-air-conditioned buildings and outdoor stuff, too.

*gropes MTsFan and stuffs his undies with shaved ice and penguins to skate around on it*

There, that might help cool you off a bit. I may even have to jump in and join those penguins once I get overheated . . .
