If this worked, I used the following string, using < and > in place of the *
*img src=http://horticulturally.bravepages.com/BCandS%20B.jpg*

It looks to me like what you used was
img src="http://www.clickXchange.com/bd.phtml?act=319514.5"

and the problem is, you should not use the quotation marks.
