but have to replace < sign with [ sign

So all I do is:

[html]
[head]
[/head]
[marquee]
Then the picture of the tomato from my software
Or writing....the marquee tag makes things move across the screen.
[/marquee]
[body]
[/body]
[html]

And that is it!

But the one *really* important thing to remember is to close the tags with the [/] slash after each bit of code. Like I have written above. If you don't then the HTML runs right down the page like a rash! Hehe! I did that when I started out and ABM had to close tags behind me!
