Subject: Some loose ends..

Sonny and Michael,in the park,with no bodyguards? Michael is a few feet away,and yet Alexis and Sonny don't see or hear AJ taking him away?
Gia..she has no contract with Deception the company,right? How could she if Laura isn't signed off on it,too? So,how can Carly force her to do anything?
Melissa just happens to jog into the alley behind where Xander is being held? And a cop comes along and questions Roy in the same spot? I thought this was a "safe house"?
