surfaces out of the night terror into that hazy semi-lucid state... hears his voice deep down, knowing he's nearby, but still dreaming of the monster spider and it's spawn... feels it's touch across my cheek and snarls, the fire disappearing as the blade gauntlets take shape... screams out ripping my hands free of whatever is holding them with the last ounce of strength I can find... grabs hold of whatever it is in front of me around the neck and rolls, squeezing tightly even as the triggered blades snap out of their sheath and towards whatever it is as it rolls on top of me...

((for clarification... ~L~ she's got you by the neck... and the blades are on the side of her arms, so even though they are spring triggered, with her hands on your neck, the blades are nowhere near cutting you... just a piece or two of your hair - unless you can deflect... ~runs cuz she knows she's gonna get her ass beat for that one...~))

comes out of it lightly, the room dark...
